3D Volumetric Construction
Also known as modular construction, 3D volumetric construction consists of complete units being produced in a controlled environment before being transported to site. Smaller assemblies can be produced in the factory to form ‘Pods’.

Pods can come in various assembled forms: Bathrooms, Kitchens and Utility and can be a combination of all three. ‘Infilled’ into an existing or new structure to quickly install highly serviced areas. Pods can be structurally integrated into buildings when using a lightweight steel frame system.

Also know as LGSF and SFS (Structural Framing System). A galvanised coil / strip is passed through a series of rollers to form profiles such as ‘C’ studs and ‘U’ tracks for use in infill walling, to form a Rapid Dry Envelope (RDE) and load-bearing structures.
